We work to keep costs affordable and transparent. Housing costs start at $750 per month, and all utilities are included. This helps residents maintain affordable, stable housing while working toward long-term independence. Any additional fees or deposits will be clearly explained during the application process.


8. Do you accept individuals receiving SSI or SSDI?

Yes. Individuals receiving SSI or SSDI are welcome to apply and are encouraged to work with case management for ongoing support.


9. Are sobriety or recovery requirements in place?

Yes. Residents are expected to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Sobriety or active engagement in recovery may be required depending on the housing program.


10. Do you provide medical or mental health treatment?

No. We do not provide medical or mental health treatment on-site. However, we assist with referrals to appropriate healthcare and mental health providers in the community.
